​........ addressing somebody else.  However, the contrast between the expanded awareness and the contracted awareness was such that it felt like I was aware from two different perspectives. The larger 'me' felt like home much more than the one with which I had previously identified.​

Gradually this settled into an awareness that is located everywhere including a loosely-bound body/mind, with no particular point of reference. Witnessing was gradually recognized and relied upon at every moment. Contractions into body/mind continued but did not 'take', a little bit like velcro that has been overused to the point of unreliability.
